This park is terrible at best. Don't use the laundry unless you like orange rust spots all over your whites and light colors. There are 2 trailers of rednecks who have outdoor refrigerators, big TV, and a lot of beer near the office. The office help doesn't care about your stay. Get out while you can or don't go period. Leaving for a better place, that can at least understand something above the mentality of a Wal-Mart parking lot with a sewer hook up. They include power in your payment, but depending on if your neighbor has 3 outdoor full size refrigerators, you may have to get hot water every 2 days because you can't get the power to your site. This place should be condemned by the GA Health Department!

I stayed in park for 13 months. The commute to my office was the only good part. The speed bumps are not managed, the water surrounding the park overflows and then the management claims "act of God" after a 10 day torential downpour producing flooding up to 18 inches and much damage. Electric was sporadic, their boxes from the local power company are outdated, rusted and fail regularly. Average price per month was $700 - $800. The back part of the lot (only a 30 second walk from the overnighters) is like a trailer park where you have to be "in" with the long term "click" and they basically do what they want in the park. Overnighters are not welcomed by that group. They say at the office your vehicle should be of a certain age, but the longer term residents have everything from the 70's on up, and, make the place look rather trashy.
