Very clean RV park but when it's close to 100 degree's shade is a must. No tree's at all. Nice concrete level spaces and pool was small and not swim friendly but it was nice. Dog park was a retention pond which was fenced in so my high energy level terrier got plenty of exercise! Wifi was very slow and laundry was small. Nice shopping nearby but we were visiting relatives most of the time.

Train noise didn't bother us with air on and windows closed. We just picked the wrong weekend (Labor Day) to be there. Staff super nice. Sites near pool totally odd, no way to figure out one space to another. Laundry very clean and casino's, restaurants and beaches close by. Skipped pool, way too crowded.

Great overnight park. I would have gave it a 10 if there were shade trees. Nice dog park, pool, cable, Wi-Fi, cement pads and easy in and out to interstate.

Date of Stay:

Depressing run down park even for an overnighter. I never saw so many "vintage" campers. No cable or internet and we didn't even get sewer so I thought price per night was high. Only seasonal people there, who were very nice. I guess the lake is the reason they stay because the park is a dump.

Great overnight stop or stay a few days. Good cable and internet (I was near the office) The dog park is a big plus with our high energy dog. The pool was heated and breakfast was good.

Gee, can you make a park in the northeast that doesn't have a 100 hills! Very difficult for dog walking although they did have a decent dog park we drove to. Two pools and they were both freezing. Hardly no one in them, not even kids! I knew this was a seasonal park, even though people were friendly, not so great for travelers. Laundry was very busy and small for such a huge park, wound up going to town. I had problems with the internet, cable okay and decent gravel back in. This place was convenient for sight seeing in Cape Cod.

If your from Quebec you will love it here. I thought I crossed the border into Canada. Not too many people from the USA so there wasn't any extensive conversation with anyone. Pool wasn't heated as far as I'm concerned. Shuttle to the beach for a few dollars which was convenient. Good cable and Wi-Fi. The dog park was a disgrace with rotted trees, dark, dirty and unless your dog was a German Shepherd they could escape under the fence! Dryer's need replacing, it took forever to finish the laundry.

Wow, not only all hills and no dog park, but NO amenities either. Not only didn't they have cable, we couldn't even get a channel with our antenna. Expensive rip-off park, but it's the only RV park in the area. I'm just happy I'll never have to stay there again.

This park was way too hilly for me and dog walking. I missed the opening of a new dog park by a week. Pool was cold so never went for a swim. Cable okay and good Wi-Fi, but not impressed with the park in general, nor the area.

Typical KOA very busy on weekends. Never can figure out why they put a five night customer, way in the back of the park. They need to spray for bugs, because you couldn't go out without getting bit, lots of rain. Cable was okay, but no internet except under a tent outside. No place in the office to sit and the clubhouse didn't get a signal. Not sure on pool or laundry, didn't use either.

Yes, this is an expensive park, but so convenient to Washington, DC and public transportation that it was worth it. We also had a great site across from pool. The sites are tight, some more than others. Had a big dog park, but they need a path and steps to get to it for some of us older people to prevent us from falling down the grassy hill. Also, liked the dog walking service. Internet was okay at times, cable good and very clean park with cement pads.

Loved the dog park, it was the highlight of our stay here. Our site was nicely shaded with a huge tree right outside our door. This wasn't an issue until it started raining for days and we couldn't pull our awning out and ground was a muddy pit. Easy drive to Charleston and good internet. Laundry was outside, hot, rainy and buggy - didn't use. You have to pay to use the pool, should be included while staying at park.

Love the view from our rear window but sites are tight. Pool stated heated but was cold. No heat there! Biggest negative was that the laundry had only two washers and dryers in one little room. The washer didn't even have enough water to cover my small load of clothes that filled one quarter of machine. There is another laundry, but the person working in office didn't know how many machines were there. Location is good.

Too many people leave their RV's here and come up on weekends. Therefore I would only come on weekdays! The pool is small and was jam packed. There were not enough laundry machine. You almost had to fight for a washer dryer. Not sure where that shade was but we didn't get any.

The reviews are correct - this is a beautiful well maintained park. Cement sites and roads with nice grassy area's. Our second day there we went to the pool which is on the small size (there is no hot tub) and the water was freezing and the wooden chairs are not comfortable for sunning at all. Later in the week someone said the pool was heated but we left the next day so I'm not sure if it is or not but it was a pleasant stay and a great location.
