This is another Encore Resort Park and we were disappointed once again. We will never go to another Encore Park again. This is basically a Cuban tent city. Large families living permanently in this park in small travel trailers or multiple tents on one site. Loud music all the time. Partying all night day and night long. Lots of golf carts with kids driving them. We were driving our vehicle at 15 MPH (as posted in the park) and they were passing us, music blaring, talking on cell phones, etc. Tried to use the pool but there were so many full timers there we couldn't use as much as we wanted to. Lots of drinking and partying in the pool area and unsupervised children. Pool area updated but pool itself very old, cracked and unclean throughout. Sites are littered with garbage. Our site was the local dog walking site. No one picked up after their pets. Talked to Sheriff patrolling and he said they always have to do extra patrols in the campground. Lots of gang tagging and men with gang tatooes. Tent sites are actual RV sites so ground too hard to use stakes for tents. Would never go back to this or any other Encore Park again!!!

We've stayed at this campground several times over the past two years only because of it's location and nothing else available in the area to accommodate a big rig. Rates are very high for the what you get. Everything in the park is very old and needs updating but overall it is pretty clean. For the most part staff is friendly but there is one lady who works at the desk (short blonde hair) that is extremely rude and has a very bad attitude. It's obvious she doesn't want to be bothered with anything. Pool is clean for the most part but old and in need of updating (especially pool furniture). All the times we stayed there, there were the same people hanging out at the pool (and in the pool)drinking. I definitely would not let small children wander around without an adult. Most of the sites are not shaded so very hot in the summer months. You do have access to cable but the picture comes through pretty fuzzy. Picnic tables are small and dirty. There are no grills or campfire rings at this park. There are swingsets for the children but they are right next to the garbage dumpsters. There were so many flies that you couldn't use the swings. This park is okay in a pinch since there isn't much of a selection of parks in the area.

My husband and I really enjoyed this resort. The people were very friendly and helpful. It is a very large resort so it's easy to get lost in. There are a lot of full timers (mostly Canadian) during the winter months and it gets very crowded. They have a large heated pool and two outdoor hot tubs. There are lots of things to do at this resort to keep you busy. The downfall to this resort is that the sites are nothing spectacular and a little tight. The restaurant only serves breakfast on Sunday mornings and there are no other restaurants close by. You definitely need to have a vehicle if you plan on eating outside of the resort. During the winter months it is very crowded!!! We would stay here again because the price was right and we had a very enjoyable time.
