Love this park! We parked in a drive through site with our fifth-wheel on the upper level in the park. Nice trees, grass, views. Altitude is high so weather is great, cool even in August. Rules are very strict but keep them, and the camp host are very nice. Be aware they also do not give refunds so don't expect it. Still, a wonderful RV campground and can't wait to go back.

We stayed in the Oasis on a trip passing through Amarillo both going and coming. The sites were level, all paved, very large pull through sites, and the park looks brand new. Very nice grass along edges for pets and pet clean up bags. This is a real quality park for a very low price and perhaps the very best park I have ever stayed in for the price: only $17 bucks. What a deal!

It had just rained before we pulled in and the dirt interior roads were a muddy mess. The sites are short, Wifi very slow, and small pet walking area was a joke. This was a fair $25 per nite park but a real sorry deal at $62. Trouble is that this is about the only park in town.
