Nice park but needs some improvements. All sites lack water, sewer and Wifi was non-existent. AT&T has two bars. The 50amp loop is very tight for 40ft Motorhomes and the end loop is not large enough to turn around unless some campsites are empty. The 30amp sites on the other hand have lots more turn room especially site 014 thru 033. The showers were built for very short people-as the showerhead is a little over 5ft high with a rough concrete floor and low water pressure. The visitor center Ranger was very informative about the various types of trees in the park.

Nice RV park with concrete pads and paved roads. Has excellent hookups. Facility is well kept and building are in excellent shape. Wi-Fi is good and strong. Rate is for weekly stay. Lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. Easy in and out off interstate I-40.

Fair RV park for the price since all are going up lately. Price was for weekly rate. Pool and pond were dry. Sign at entry notes water well although they use recycled city water which was briefly shut off due to a water break on the hwy nearby. The Wi-Fi is corrupt & I would only briefly use it. Maintenance (rude-needs another type of job) will not allow you to wash bugs off of windshield or connect an extra water hose. He explained that water was expensive--so is cost to stay there. Could be a nice park with different owners & managers and a little fixing up.

Nice flat campground with some bushes on a concrete/asphalt base. Good for passing through the panhandle of Texas. It gets windy on some days and if the prevailing winds are right you can get a whiff of the cattle lot. Good full hookup connections, and Wi-Fi is great. Rates keep going up every time we come through.

Small dusty gravel campground. Sites are very close together. Too expensive for what you get. Will not return.

This is an excellent State park campground with electric and water. Sites are concrete and roads are paved. I am referring to the southside Turkey Pass unit. Lots of shade trees and next to the boat launch.

Date of Stay:

Good RV park with view of lake. Best sites are #8 to #18 with unobstructed view of lake. Sites need dirt hauled in to fill depression in center caused by years of use. Attendant would not turn WI-FI access on to Internet. Cable TV was weak (analog) and movie channels blocked. No sewer to allow longer visits. Needs MANAGEMENT.

Nice campground on St. Mary's River to watch the ships go by. Gravel sites are level, clean and large. Great staff. Lots to do in area. Stayed here 10 days and could have stayed longer. Need sewer hook-ups and paving to get a 10 rating.

Nice State Park with lots of trees. Good utilities and my AT&T cell and air-card worked fine. Had pigs go through the park one morning policing up scraps. Only problem was lots of no-se'ums (gnats). We noticed no one was outside when we arrived and now we know why. Could not utilize the picnic table and fire-ring due to the biting gnats. Would stay here in winter.

Very nice BLM campsite. Has lots of hiking sites and scenery to enjoy. Big wooded sites with lots of privacy. Tables and fire rings. Close to Whittier Visitor's Center and tunnel to Whittier. Will stay here again.

Very clean park. We stayed at #52 facing a small lake. Our rate was based on Passport America.
