Longhorn RV Resort, Niederwald, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

I agree with JJ & CC review. I paid $685/month plus electric and includes cable TV. The location is good for getting into Austin - about 35 minutes away. The only thing around the park are fields. It is hard to find sites at certain times of the year around Austin and the hill country. So book early. We camped at Longhorn RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Far Horizons RV Resort(formerly Far Horizons Tucson Village) (55+park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

I forgot how much I paid - it was a monthly rate. From my research, in the Tucson area you have sole RV parks that are old and basic and Mobile Home parks with RV spaces. Far Horizons is the latter. It does have a lot of spaces. About 3 rows towards the entrance and others around the park. The people are friendly. The location is good. There are activities to partake in. It has a very nice pool and activity area. I can't think of a negative. The park was just sold to a large RV park group. We camped at Far Horizons RV Resort(formerly Far Horizons Tucson Village) (55+park) in a Travel Trailer.

Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa, Pahrump, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2016 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

I stayed a month. The rate is the daily rate for a month excluding electricity.

This is the best for appearance and amenities, work out room, pool, restaurant, bar, bowling. The ground surface is either cement or asphalt - no dirt. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you are staying a long time I would highly recommend it. We camped at Nevada Treasure RV Resort & Spa in a Travel Trailer.

Atlanta Marietta Campground, Marietta, Georgia

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The park is run down and needs the roads repaired. If you have a large RV it would be better to find a larger park. If you must be in the area, there are not many options. The rotund man behind the desk gave the impression he was being put out by checking me in. Lots were very close and mostly shady. Sites were gravel and featured a picnic table. We camped at Atlanta Marietta Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Very shaded sites, closest RV park to park entrance, nice helpful staff, fires were allowed when I stayed - they sell firewood. We camped at Glacier Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Mt. Princeton RV Park, Buena Vista, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

I've stayed there to do some hiking of the Colorado 14ers. Good location (can walk to town and close to mountains), good rates, and good management. The couple running it try to make a good community atmosphere and have been improving the park as time goes on. I think this is the 3rd year for them. Nice double wide trailer used as a community center. Bathrooms are cleaned daily. We camped at Mt. Princeton RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Fireside Resort at Buffalo Valley , Moran, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

I'll keep this simple - stay away if you can - this is a very overpriced run down RV park. We camped at Fireside Resort at Buffalo Valley in a Travel Trailer.
