Twin Mills Resort, Howe, Indiana

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is very nice, there is a pool, shuffleboard, basketball, volleyball, playgrounds, boat rentals, mini-golf rental, rec-room with activities and a game room. The resort is split in half with the registration and main activity's on the north side and the balance on the south side of the roadway. We love this park, the downfall is the price is a bit expensive compared to other resorts. We camped at Twin Mills Resort in a Motorhome.

Custer State Park - Grace Coolidge Campground, Custer, South Dakota

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Love this park!!!! This is a free roam park, meaning that you might open your door and see a buffalo staring at you as we did!! The "wildlife Loop" is awesome!! The loop takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an entire day (depending on animal activity). There are buffalo, burro, turkey, deer, badgers, creeks, lakes and hiking trails through the entire 71,000 acres!!!! We will be back! We camped at Custer State Park - Grace Coolidge Campground in a Motorhome.
