Nice new park. Great cable. New club house. Some park models for longer term rentals. Fenced dog run was nice. Great restaurant next door, had a great meal. Will be staying here every time I come through Winnemmucca.

Older park, but very well maintained. Nice pool. Gravel sites with grass and mature trees. Approximately a mile off of Interstate 80, nice and quite. Would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Great newer park right on the south end of town. Walk to down town. Great little stream runs through park. Very helpful and friendly staff. I spent four nights here and loved it. Right next to a walking and biking trail that you can walk or bike for miles.

New RV park. Astroturf pad with picnic table. Gravel site, but very nice riverside park.

This is a great, quite park off the highway. Spent one night passing through on our way to Mt. Rushmore. No restrooms or showers where available, but used my motorhome. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Had wi-fi and AT&T cell coverage. Would stay here again.

Great RV park right on the water.

This is a great park with level, concrete pads, Wi-Fi at your site and cable TV.  A very clean and well kept RV park, plus a very friendly host. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This is a great campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Guided us to site. Gravel roads in good condition. Near freeway and railroad so there was some noise, but good location near town. I would definitely stay here again.

The park has a great view in some of the sites.  Wi-Fi could only be accessed in the office area.  On a hillside.  Some sites had a great view of the valley.  Staff was friendly and accommodating.  Fee was with Good Sam discount.  Site was full hookup, however, the location of the sewer was so far from water and power, that I had to disconnect to dump holding tank at site.

Date of Stay:

The nightly fee was $30 plus $5 for wi-fi. The Wi-fi was very slow and did not work sometimes. I don't think it was worth the additional $5. There is a gravel road, down in a small valley. We still had good view of mountains around the Waterton Park area. It is a ten minute drive into Waterton Park and town site. There is Buffalo viewing within one mile. There are few trees in park. It can be very windy.

Great campground out in the country. Twelve miles from town, but easy drive. Beautiful view of the foothills. Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump nearby. Great and friendly staff. Dump station, no sewer at site. Nice and quiet location. Good Sam rate.

This was a great campground.  Do not confuse with Fort Steele Campground to the south end of town, much smaller and inferior.  Several people went to the wrong campground by mistake. Very nice store, gas station, pool.
