Salisbury Beach State Park, Salisbury, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is state park campground. The access to the beach and river is the best part of this campground. Not much for activities but great bike riding for a family. I would camp here again. We camped at Salisbury Beach State Park in a Travel Trailer.

Moose Hillock Campground, Warren, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is the first campground that I can say you can spend the whole day at and never get bored. The pool is like a water park in itself. Went to the ice cream social and got a heaping amount of ice cream. My only complaint would be they need more bathrooms. If you are down in the front sites that bathroom gets used a lot with the pool being right there. I would camp here again. We camped at Moose Hillock Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Paugus Bay Campground, Laconia, New Hampshire

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is right on the big lake. Great views from sites near the water. The sites are big and private. Location is in a prime area for the surroundings activities. Lots to do. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. A midnight quiet time is to late. I would camp here again. We camped at Paugus Bay Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Ledgeview RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice family campground. Not alot of activities in the campground for kids, but being in a great region of activities, there is much to do close by. Nice pool could be heated. The sites are clean, large, and laid out nice with one another. If you like to party late into the night, this is not the place for you. My only complaint is the road in the front, the noise from the road travels through the campground. Otherwise this campground would be a 10. I will definitely return. We camped at Ledgeview RV Park in a Tent Trailer.

Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins, East Falmouth, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first time here. We stayed at a water/electric site in the tent section that the campground choose for us. I would recommend those sites only for tents. It was a tough area to get around in even in tent trailer. Also that area is very sandy and had lots of sap. The bathrooms were clean for most of the day, but should be cleaned twice a day. The staff was very helpful. If you are into partying this is not the campground for you. There are lots of rules which made our stay nice and quiet. I would camp there again. We camped at Cape Cod Campresort & Cabins in a Tent Trailer.

Bayley's Camping Resort, Scarborough, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $71.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is great for families, has tons of things to do. Overall bathrooms were fairly clean considering the amount of use. The trolley takes a lot of patience. Very expensive to stay there. I would go back. We camped at Bayley's Camping Resort in a Tent Trailer.

Papoose Pond Resort & Campground, Waterford, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

On the the positive side most of the sites are large and level. The owners of the campground are very nice. Now the negative side: the hookups are all over the place. You will need extra cord and hoses. The bathrooms most of the time were a mess. The kids went to several activities, and it was hit or miss if the activity was going on. I will not be returning to this campground. We camped at Papoose Pond Resort & Campground in a Tent Trailer.

Paradise Park Resort Campground, Old Orchard Beach, Maine

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

I would recommend this campground very highly. The location to the beach and boardwalk are a 5 minute walk. Most sites are very spacious except for the ones right at the entrance. Campground is kept exceptionally clean. Can't wait to go back. We camped at Paradise Park Resort Campground in a Tent Trailer.
