Bay View Campground, Bourne, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

An absolutely perfect campground. Friendly staff, very clean swimming pools, a nice game room with newer games, two well-stocked stores, and a nice food 'wagon' with very decent prices. The sites are well maintained and are medium-sized. We'll be back for sure. We camped at Bay View Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake George RV Park, Lake George, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $73.00
Overall Rating:

An outstanding park! Very clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The only reason that this park doesn't get a "10" is they don't enforce the 10 MPH speed limit (which I feel is too fast anyway). I was a nervous wreck the entire weekend because cars constantly whizzed past our site at 15-20 MPH. I wouldn't let my kids ride their bikes because it was just too dangerous. If the park dropped the speed down to 5 MPH, and enforced it - I'd be there every summer. But for now, until my kids get much older, I'll need to pass on my return there, which is unfortunate because it really is a great park. We camped at Lake George RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Eagles Peak, Robesonia, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This is a VERY clean and well maintained park. The newer managers are outstanding people who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Two beautiful pools, one is adult only, a large store, clean rec-room, and very nice pavilion. The "core-area" of the campground is well laid-out; with the pools, pavilion, rec-field, store, bathrooms, playground, etc., all in one area, so when there's a band or DJ, it's like a large "block-party" setting. We'll be back for sure. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Eagles Peak in a Fifth Wheel.

Beaver Hill Campground (Closed), Sussex, New Jersey

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Super nice place: very clean, and well laid-out. The only complaint is the office hours are not very reliable. They close from 5-7pm and again at 10 pm each night: which is inconvenient. So I went down at 4:45 pm: they were already closed. We went for firewood at 9:30 pm: again they were already closed. Other than that, a great park! We camped at Beaver Hill Campground (Closed) in a Travel Trailer.
