This is by far one of the best RV resorts that I have stayed in, and they truly earn the label. The facilities are absolutely excellent, and the grounds well manicured. The clubhouse, pool, and showers are kept sparkling clean. The staff are genuinely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Bella Terra RV Resort.

We stayed here for a week. This is an upscale RV resort, and it is magnificent. It is well designed and kept very clean. The park management is very helpful and friendly. They hosted a barbeque at noon on Saturday and provided all of the fixings, chips and soft drinks for the whole resort. They did a great job. It was one of the most enjoyable weeks we ever spent camping. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Majestic Oaks.

We stayed for 6 days in June. This park should rate a 10 for its facilities but it has become a kiddie park where kids are allowed to run wild and this seems to be encouraged by the park's management. The pool was so cloudy that our kids would not go swimming even though the temperature was close to a 100 degrees. The cabins seem to attract the party animal types and that appears to be part of the problem. We watched as groups of young adults and children staying in the cabins had a food fight throwing barbeque chicken and sausages at each other, leaving a mess in the street. We have reservations in August that we booked in February. We now find out that weekend is going to be another "super soaker" weekend where the kids are allowed run wild and hose down everyone they see with their super soaker water guns. Park management says if you don't want to get wet, stay in your RV. Yes, that's what we are paying $40.00 per night for. We usually go to Lafayette for the fine dining and dancing. I can just see my wife getting hosed down when we are on the way out for the evening. I will be canceling those reservations even though I will still get charged for one nights stay. There are other good campgrounds in the area that have some consideration for their guests and do not encourage delinquent behaviors.
