Oak Creek Campground, Narvon, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground. The restrooms were extremely clean. We had a nice quiet camp spot. The only reason for the drop in ratings was the fact that you could hear the race track in the distance. This was very annoying when you tried to sit outside and enjoy the campfire. The folks running the place are extremely nice and friendly. We had a very nice time camping there. I would go back again. We camped at Oak Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Big Timber Lake Family Camping Resort, Cape May Court House, New Jersey

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $69.00
Overall Rating:

I have to say that this is a fantastic campground. The people are very friendly. We had four small dogs, and everyone was very friendly towards them. The bath houses were spotless. There is plenty to do for kids of all ages. We camped with another adult only party and had two very quiet spots. There are a lot of seasonal campers, but they are very friendly. I would have rated a 10, but the only negative was the fact that the seasonals all have golf carts and some do not follow the one way rule. The pool was kept very clean. I would definitely return. We camped at Big Timber Lake Family Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

This was a very nice and friendly park. We stayed along the river. It was nice to watch the boats go up and down. The store was well stocked. We had a sudden rainstorm while camping and everyone helped one another with their awnings. I would highly recommend this campground. We camped at Little Farm On The River LLC in a Fifth Wheel.

Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park, West Memphis, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park. It was very close to Memphis. It was nice to watch the barges go up and down the river. They have very nice laundry facilities that are FREE! We did have to go into our camper at dusk due to the "chitlings"; I guess they were some sort of biting bug. We really enjoyed our stay. We camped at Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sportsman on the New River RV Park, Radford, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

If you plan on staying here...RUN don't walk to the next RV park. This park lies directly under the interstate. It is small, dirty and dinky. It was filled with beer cans and drunks. We were desperate for a good nights sleep before heading home. Wish we would have found a walmart!!! We camped at Sportsman on the New River RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Little Farm On The River LLC, Rising Sun, Indiana

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground especially if you have children. Since we were new to camping on the Ohio river, nobody told us to keep our awning pulled in. Wind storms come quickly and frequently. It would have been nice to be pre-warned. Many seasonals. These people are nicer than the people that run the place. Talk to them as they know all about the area and are very nice. We camped at Little Farm On The River LLC in a Fifth Wheel.

Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park, West Memphis, Arkansas

This park is wonderful. We camped on the river. The staff is friendly and pick up your trash every hour. Don't let the road into the campground scare you; it is very industry friendly. But when you enter the campground, you are amazed. Bring lots of bug spray as the chiggers are bad at night (because of the river). We camped at Tom Sawyer's Mississippi River Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Spring Gulch Resort Campground, New Holland, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

We camped during the week, so we received a special, camp 2 nights, get the 3rd free. This was great considering the campground is definitely overpriced. We brought our 9 year old granddaughter along and had to pay an extra $3.00 a night for her, since she wasn't considered "immediate family." All the extra add-ons made the name "resort" cost extra. It was clean and the folks friendly, just over priced. We camped in a fifth wheel. We camped at Spring Gulch Resort Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake-in-Wood Camping Resort, Narvon, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great place to camp. It is a bit pricey, but well worth the money. The campground is so well manicured, and the staff is just the best. We had a blast renting a golf cart and riding around with our dogs. The seasonals are very friendly. The have a lake for fishing, or just chilling. The pool is so well kept. They also have cute rentals like a train caboose and a tree house. We didn't do any activities, but they had plenty for families and kids to do. They do fill up quickly so reservations are sometimes hard to get. We camped at Lake-in-Wood Camping Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Indian Rock Campground, York, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park. It is quiet, well run and a great place to relax. They don't have activities or a pool which is better for us, (older campers). It is run by a very nice gentlemen who goes out of his way to make sure all the campers are happy. We love it here!!! We camped at Indian Rock Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
