Date of Stay:

We chose this campground because of the reviews here and because they will allow you to store your rig for up to a week if you camp for at least 3 nights. This allowed us to visit family in Victoria without dragging our trailer with us. The staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate requests.

Date of Stay:

This was one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. It was hot when we were there (103 degrees). Not only is there a good sized pool (with some adult only hours), there is also a large air conditioned club house with leather sofas, large screen TV, and a soaring gas fireplace. The staff is very accommodating.

Date of Stay:

Shortly after we arrived, we were approached by a permanent resident who wanted to sell us shampoo or conditioner. Most of the park is permanent residents. The park is OK (if you don't mind solicitors) for an overnight. But it is expensive for what you get.

Date of Stay:

The park is nice, but beware if the weather is hot. It was 108 degrees when we camped. The voltage at our site was low and our air conditioner kept cutting out. We were plugged in to the 30 amp outlet. We measured the voltage at 105 - 108 volts. I decided to take a cool shower but when I opened the restroom door, it was like a sauna - no air conditioning in the restrooms. The park would be OK in cooler weather.
