Date of Stay: July, 2009
Most sites are not level. Campsite is shady yet not heavily wooded. Restrooms and showers were clean, and with two facilities, in close proximity to all campsites. Nice view of Lake Shetek through trees. Sites are various sizes; some offer more privacy than others. Campground host and rangers were accessible and friendly.

Sites are widely spaced and have trees in between for separation and some privacy. Some are more shaded than others. Campground is in creek valley so is somewhat out of the wind. There is a small sandbox available for children. Restroom/showers are accessed by crossing a bridge over the creek, then climbing several stairs; the path is lit at night. The restrooms are a good walk from even the nearest campsites. Sites are level.
