We have stayed here many times because it is a nice RV park close to Denver. I feel they are ready to make some capital improvements. The fitness room equipment is old. The sites are too close on one side. They could save water by redesigning the lawns at the sites plus make them more private. Asphalt pads are a bad idea with the temperatures Denver gets. Hey owners: let's see some changes and improvements!

Tiger Run has a great location, near the town of Breckenridge. It is as good as the other reviews mentioned, however I would like to mention 3 things that bothered us having stayed a month there. The water pressure is only 40 PSI. Our site had not been cleaned up as far as pulling weeds, pruning shrubs and trees. One tree was right above the fireplace and a branch caught on fire when we started a fire. I don't think the office and management company is very friendly or accommodating. We want to come back next year but they will not reserve a site for you. It gets assigned to you when you check in. I feel when you stay a month you should have some say in which site you get and it should be cleaned up before you come. Lots of sports and sightseeing to do in this area.

WOW: what a nice personable, accommodating office staff. Yes the construction was a problem but that should be done by the time we come back next year. This time for a month! Look at September's rates and weather. Lots of sports and sightseeing to do.

I am very disappointed in the condition of this RV park for what they charge per night. There are weeds waist high through out the campground and sites. They put large river rock between sites which you have to walk on in order to use the deteriorating picnic table. The sewer is 30-40 feet from the back of the RV. We bought an extra 10 feet from their shop but they don't sell connectors. Many guests use duck tape to connect the sewer hose as many don't have the correct end to put in the sewer drain. Obviously management is not monitoring anything. In fact we haven't even seen any workers around the park. There is trash all around the dumpsters. Well, think I'm going to wash my toad here because they don't seem to care.
