I was very disappointed with this park. The website doesn't mention section II "Sugar Hill". This is a field with concrete spots for RV and gravel parking. You get water, electricity and sewage. It was dusty and extremely hot since there are no trees on the property. All the amenities are at the main plantation 7 miles away. Payment was cash only. We paid for one month and was only able to stay 18 days. Expected a pro-rate but was told that we may owe more by leaving early. Ants were everywhere in and out of the RV which we had to take care of. Workers building more pads started at 6am right beside my RV. My spouse came to the area to work and I do my work on the internet. No internet was available; even with an aircard. Cell phone service sporatic during day but great after 9pm. If you stay a couple of days then the main plantation has designated spots for those people. I answered my questions on this review according to the campground I stay at only.

This is a great park. The sites are spacious, clean and shady. The playground is clean and safe. I would highy recommend this park to anyone wanting to get away for the weekend or just a few days with the family.
