Stayed two nights. Park is easy to find. It is quite a few miles from freeway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites are a good size. Plenty of room and your neighbor. Would stay here again. We camped at Lake Conroe / Houston North KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Pendaries RV Resort, Rociada, New Mexico

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Park only has five 50 amp hookups. The one we had was not putting out 50 amps. Batteries would not charge. Lucky for us we did use both airs. No satellite signal unless you have a tripod. No over air TV signal at all. Park is quiet. if you like hiking or golf this is the right spot. The nearest newspaper is 10 miles away. Nothing in Las Vegas, NM. There are a couple of restaurants, nothing to recommend. We camped at Pendaries RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Post View RV Park, Post, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Access to this park is tricky. It's on a dirt road and very dusty. Park was near empty. Only has a couple of 50 amp hookups, and the 50 amp hookup was not putting out 50 amps. There is no cable TV. Had to leave the inverter on to make up the difference. We camped at Post View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Colorado Springs KOA, Fountain, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is located on I-25. Like most Koa's they are on the main drag. We could hear some road noise. We had a pull through site on the river, back of the campground. The WiFi was very good. The campground has plenty room between sites. It is located in a good area, FT. Carson, Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again. We camped at Colorado Springs KOA in a Motorhome.

Dolores River Campground, Dolores, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

It is a great little campground. We had a pull through site that was located close to the main road. We could hear some road noise. The Campground was very clean. The campground located on the north side of Dolores. It is a good location for doing the tourist stuff. The only negative was no newspapers available. We had to drive to town every morning to get one. We would stay here again. We camped at Dolores River Campground in a Motorhome.
