This campground is OK, although staff is not the most friendly. They kept claiming that I don't have a $10 credit from my previous KOA rewards despite my last site specifically told me I could use it right away (I guess it was too much hassle to do it on their computer). The Kabins are OK. There looks to be TV connection, but there's NO TV, and NO FRIDGE in the Kabins. (Unlike the ones in Oregon which had them.) The access ways were narrow and could be a problem for big trailers. Luckily we just drove a van. The tent sites are INCREDIBLY SMALL so I was glad I didn't reserve a tent site. The Kabins were quite secluded (good privacy between Kabins). There are not enough washrooms (only 3 stalls for ALL the sites), which is located next to office. There are only 3 shower stalls. Although people cycle through them quickly since they are communal type (ie: single door to all stalls/bathrooms/sinks). The washrooms are CLOSED 11am-1pm for cleaning!!! I don't know how people can hold it for 2 hours during cleaning. LOTS of WASPS on the sites, especially when cooking. Overall, it was OK. It is a bit pricey for KOA (one of the most expensive). I didn't have chance to use Wi-Fi since it wasn't picking up from Kabin and I didn't want to sit by office.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were NOT enough washrooms/showers for the 88 sites (only 8 stalls). The showers and washrooms weren't filthy, but could be cleaner. Floors were full of sand, and the toilet covers were a bit dirty. Overall OK, considering it's still a campsite. The dish washing sink was a nice touch. The campsite is in need of more trees. There was not enough privacy; the picnic tables in front of cabins were in open, no privacy at all. The beach was a joke... not a nice one. Overall, not that impressed with KOA on our very first visit, considering it's supposed to be a premium camp site.
