America's Best Campground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Great RV Park with everything, Wi-Fi worked well and cable was good. Sites are gravel and pretty well level, and everything is well cared for. Very friendly staff. We stayed the week of the fourth here and it was close to everything but out of the city noise. Would stay again when in the area. We camped at America's Best Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Anglers White River Resort (formerly Holiday Mountain Resort), Mountain View, Arkansas

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

This park has a great write up in all the papers for tourist but beware. Not very well cared for and help can't even tell you if sites are level which most are not. Very tight sites for anything over 30 feet. I have a big rig fifth wheel and the trees are not cared for or trimmed thus dragging on roof, I ask them to trim the steep ramp going into the campground but nothing was done, poor help and site management. Have to drive down very steep ramp and over a concrete bridge to get to campsites and the bridge is scary, probably would not pass state inspections. Must walk to the office if you want Wi-Fi. Will not stay here again, and if you own a big rig stay away. We camped at Anglers White River Resort (formerly Holiday Mountain Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground at Barnes Crossing, Tupelo, Mississippi

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here going and coming on our trip and it is a nice campground. Sites are a little tight and on steep side of hill but are easy to get into and they are very level but mostly gravel with no grass which was fine. Wi-Fi worked very well as did cable. Very good place to stay and see the area, close to all the malls and shopping. We camped at Campground at Barnes Crossing in a Fifth Wheel.

Good for over night stay but better have your own bathroom. Nice riverfront and park next door, walking to center of town area and shops but town closes up at five pm. We camped at Hardy RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pine Mountain RV Resort, Pine Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is an excellent campground: it's well kept, has new sites, a new office, pool and restrooms. Only drawback is the new sites with concrete drives have no shade, but trees are here and will be great when they grow older. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Camper Village, Ocala, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Sites are all grass and need mowing, no Wi-Fi which is shame for as big as the place is. Caters to winter campers only. To much money for nothing. We camped at Camper Village in a Fifth Wheel.
