Hidden Creek Camping Resort (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park), Marion, North Carolina

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Fantastic Campground. This was our first time but definitely not the last. Super friendly staff does everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Lots of fun for the kids. They loved the water slide and all the activities. Shaded sites in the B section are great sites: some sites in that section are full sun though. Only negative I could find is that it is a bit dusty. Minor inconvenience though for the great time we had. We will be going back in October. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone wanting a great family atmosphere with lots of fun for the kids (ours are age 3 and 9). We camped at Hidden Creek Camping Resort (formerly Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park) in a Travel Trailer.

Yogi In The Smokies, Cherokee, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice campground with a lot of activities for the kids. We really enjoyed tubing in the creek. The staff was all really friendly. The site we had was in the back corner of the campground and was really large. Some of the sites close to the entrance were not as impressive. The park is a little dusty but a really nice place to take the kids (mine are ages 3 and 9). Will definitely be returning next year. We camped at Yogi In The Smokies in a Travel Trailer.
