Pecan Park RV Resort, Jacksonville, Florida

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed 1 night. Passport requires 3 minimum. Got too pricey for my liking. The place is going to the dogs with no discernible infrastructure or cosmetic upkeep. Been coming years and it is getting shabby. Good number of permanents, but they appear to be good. Ghost police car parked at entrance. Is there problems?? It'll be a while before I stomach 45 bucks for this place again. We camped at Pecan Park RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Creekwood Farm RV Park, Waynesville, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

What a delightful place. It is quiet, comfortable and very pleasant to while away the cooler summer days. We sat on the creek bankside, feet in the water reading with the only noise being the rippling water. Staff was very nice. Facilities are nice; has shaded spots available, but for the roof satellite folks, there are enough open areas too. We checked out a lot of the other camps, and this won hands down. Just don't you'all pack this place out, leaving me no room to visit again. We are coming back next summer. We camped at Creekwood Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town (formerly Sam's Town Casino & RV Park) , Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

This park was just perfect for us. We looked at several other parks in Las Vegas, and Sam's Town is the only place we will ever stay in future. I walked the whole park while we were here and no sewer issues were apparent. Some minor traffic but it is located in a a city. Not a problem with a fan on for background noise. Super Wal-Mart right across the road. Cheap gas 1 block away. Had a $5 breakfast in the casino. Trust me this place is underrated. We camped at Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town (formerly Sam's Town Casino & RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.
