Lazy J Corral (Long Term Stays Only), Jackson, Wyoming

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great park just 20 minutes south of Jackson. The owners are super nice and helpful. It is a little tight for big rigs, but manageable, and the owner goes out of his way to help navigate the site. I was able to get our 43ft.fifth wheel in, so it is possible. There are only a handful of overnight sites that fill up quickly due to it's the best deal in the Jackson area. They do have Wi-Fi, and it worked well. We stayed here for a month, as my wife worked at the hospital in Jackson, and would definitely stay here again. Excellent grocery store and gas station just a walk across the street. We camped at Lazy J Corral (Long Term Stays Only) in a Fifth Wheel.

DAD's 113 Travel Center, Idaho Falls, Idaho

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

For what it is; a good place to get off the road and sleep, it was great. All sites are back-in, and pay at the convenience store. Good reliable electric; 15, 30, and 50 amp service. More truck and travel stops should do this. We camped at DAD's 113 Travel Center in a Fifth Wheel.

Crooked Tree Motel RV Park, Hungry Horse, Montana

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice little family owned park, that makes a great basecamp for Glacier NP. The sites can be a little confusing, if you enter the wrong way, as I did! The indoor pool was a big plus for the kids, although not heated much. The bathrooms are in the pool building and are basic but clean. The shower is one room with 4 showerheads, "military style". Overall this is a nice little park, and I would stay there again if in the area. We camped at Crooked Tree Motel RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Suncrest RV Resort, Moses Lake, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful, well maintained park. It has a great pool area that includes two slides, an enormous hot tub, and huge pool. The pool however, is only 3 1/2 ft. deep, which was a let down for my older kids, but good for small kids. There was also no cable TV hookup, which was also a let down. Overall, this a great park, and I would stay there again, and recommend it to others. We camped at Suncrest RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Lost Alaskan RV Park, Alpine, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

This park is wonderful. The staff is always friendly, and the park is always clean and looking good. Absolutely the cleanest restroom facilities I have ever seen. Utilities, Wi-Fi, and cell phone reception are great. The roads recently got paved to help cut down on dust. We have stayed at this park several times, and will definitely stay there again. We camped at Lost Alaskan RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
