Cave Country RV Campground, Cave City, Kentucky

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

A clean and neat park: absolutely perfect as a jumping-off point to visit Mammoth Cave National Park. Near the Interstate: fuel and fast food and easy to find. We were a late arrival and the owners left clear instructions for us: placed us near the entrance and away from folks who were already here so we didn't disturb anyone as we arrived. The restrooms were clean. There is a railroad nearby and you may think the train is running through the campground. If you like trains, this is more of a plus. The only minus is they charge per-head: with 4 kids, our bill rose quickly. Overall a great place to overnight. We camped at Cave Country RV Campground in a Motorhome.
