Desert Trails RV Park (40+ park), Tucson, Arizona

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Quiet and peaceful. Birds and rabbits played around our sight. Wanted to stay in Jan and Feb but did not have 50 amp spaces. This is an old water park turned into a RV park. They have made a put-put golf course out of junk from the water park that was enjoyable to play. We camped at Desert Trails RV Park (40+ park) in a Fifth Wheel.

No pull through sites with 50 amp. The available-back in's were hard to get in due lack of room. Connections were at the back of site so we needed long connections. We camped at White Sands Community RV & Manufactured Home Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lake Elmer Thomas Rec Area (LETRA) (Military FamCamp), Lawton, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here two nights with grandgirls and we had a ball. Our space was large and had lots of grass; but the main thing was the water slide, beach, paddle boats, and put-put golf that made this place so great. We will go back!!!! We camped at Lake Elmer Thomas Rec Area (LETRA) (Military FamCamp) in a Fifth Wheel.
