Ashley Inn, Tillamook, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We arrived on a Saturday and found plenty of spaces available. They do not take reservations, however when we called they told us they were never filled up. Water and Electric only. The spaces are spacious and park on cement. It is very quiet and next door to a Fred Meyer Store. Did not use the sewer dump as it was $20. It is considerable per night than others in the area and great for a short stay. Would stay again. We camped at Ashley Inn in a Fifth Wheel.

Willow Creek RV Park, Heppner, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2017 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice, clean campground with friendly hosts. The spaces are large, although narrow. There is not much shade and campground roads are very narrow or it would have rated a 10. Definitely would stay here again. We were in a water/elec only sight. We camped at Willow Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Anglers Roost, Hamilton, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

The park has no for sale sign now. We were parked in a pull through on
grass/dirt. Electric good. The area was clean. The person that checked us in was courteous. The restroom was clean and the showers looked good.
We would come back if in the area again. We camped at Anglers Roost in a Fifth Wheel.

Llano City RV Park (formerly Llano River Golf & RV Resort), Llano, Texas

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

The park is in a very nice location, within walking distance of the LLano River. The laundry clean, 2 washers, 2 dryers-$1.50 ea. The hostess was friendly and check-in fast. We were able to choose our sight. Wi-Fi worked good-Electric good. The only thing lacking was Cable. There is another area across the river that is City too and has elec. and water. Smaller sites. I would stay here again. We camped at Llano City RV Park (formerly Llano River Golf & RV Resort) in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

LLano is central to many things in the Hill Country. The flowers were blooming and there were many roads to drive to see them. There are many little shops in this small town to visit. Coopers BBQ was a good place to eat TExas BBQ.

This was a good choice for an overnight stay. He only has about 5 spaces. Check in fast and courteous. Electric good. He is cleaning the grounds. Far enough off the freeway so no noise, but good access. We camped at Beacon Lodge Motel and RV Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Jolley Camper and Cottage Rental (formerly Jessen's RV Park), Ashton, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

The park is now called Jolley Camper. Nothing fancy, but peaceful and close to some great things to see in the area. The young man who owns it is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that your door is very near the campground road. Wi-Fi is available, didn`t use it. We would stay there again. We camped at Jolley Camper and Cottage Rental (formerly Jessen's RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Price is for 30 amp, without tax. This is a very well kept park. Each space has a small strip of lawn. Hostess was very nice and put us in a site where we could use our satellite dish as we requested. They have cable TV and Wi-Fi. It is very quiet and pet friendly. Shopping and fuel are nearby. We would come here again if in the area. We camped at Crook County RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Lone Mountain RV Resort, O'Brien, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great little Park. The spaces are very spacious, each has a small patch of grass and picnic table. The couple that manage the place take great care of it and are very nice. There are horseshoe pits and ladder golf to play. In the center is a covered area with tables and a BBQ. There is a nice place to walk your pet, which includes a small pond to dip your feet in. They also have teepees for rent complete with fouton. Will definitely stay here again if in the area. After checking three other parks, we are very happy we chose this one. We camped at Lone Mountain RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is in a huge cattle ranch. What a wonderful location and the mile long gravel road from Hwy 140 is very well maintained. We enjoyed the quiet, views and nice shade tree. Best park in the area. Would stay here again. Rate is for W/E only. We camped at Junipers Reservoir RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Meteor Crater RV Park, Winslow, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects Escapees discount. This was a very well kept campground. The people at check in were very nice. The dog run was very large with a bench. We did not use any other facilities. It is several miles out of Winslow. A little pricey for its location, but makes up for it with very nice wide level spaces and lovely views. We camped at Meteor Crater RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed 2 months in this park and found it to be a very good experience. The people are friendly, and there are lots of activities. Everything is kept very clean. Half of the park allows pets, and there is a great place to take your dog for a run off leash. We would stay here again. Rate based on monthly. We camped at Shangri-La RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Midway RV Park at Coos Bay, Coos Bay, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the cleanest parks we have ever stayed in. Very nice laundry and dog run and spaces are fairly good sized and surrounded by well-trimmed hedges. Many long term people here but very friendly. Price reflects PPA rate, otherwise too high for our budget. We would camp here again. We camped at Midway RV Park at Coos Bay in a Fifth Wheel.

Coyote Rock RV Resort & Marina, Lincoln City, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice park. We chose a riverfront site, which backed right up to the Siletz River. The employees here are very nice. Only one washer and dryer and the spaces are a little tight. They do a great job of helping people back in, so don`t be put off by it. Electric is low at times. We would definitely camp here again. We camped at Coyote Rock RV Resort & Marina in a Fifth Wheel.
