The lower campground is along Rock Creek. Every campsite was well kept. Would go back there in a heart beat.

We stayed in Medora for two nights. The owner was great in guiding me into our parking spot. The area we parked in was just fine. The reason for the low rating was due to the condition of the bathrooms. The men in our group said their bathroom was clean but the women's was another story. When a bathroom is dirty people have a tendency to treat it dirty. And this one was gross. We thought it was because of the time of day considering all the people using it: but it did not matter if it was morning, noon, night or in the middle of the night, it was gross. If you stay here I suggest using the bathroom in your rig.

We stayed at Jamestown Campground not only once, but on our return trip home we stayed again. We were guided to our campsite and asked if there was anything we needed. They offered us a map on how to get to and around Jamestown. They offer a walking area around the campground, a nice play area for the children and a feeling that you are safe. I especially liked the clean bathrooms. Clean bathrooms show the pride the owners/caretakers have. I have and will continue to recommend this camp ground to our fellow RV'ers.

We have nothing but good to say about this campground. We have recommended it to many of our friends and have made a number of trips there with the same results (excellent). How many places can you go and either walk to or just look out your front door to Lake Superior? They allow campfires which is a treat. The bathrooms considering all the people, are clean and well kept. Thank you.
