Nice, shady rv park, but a bit overpriced for what you get. Full hook-ups for $45, but few amenities for a park in this cost range. No personnel on duty and pay showers! Pay showers for your $45 per night? Come on! Picnic tables are few, and never one for the lot you are in. No store or supplies. On the plus side: quiet and convenient to Rochester, MN. If you can find an employee, they are very friendly. We have been here many years in a row.

We have stopped here five or six times over the years. On our first stop we were negatively impressed. But these people have really made a nice park here. It is quiet, clean - they have obviously worked hard to clean and repair. It is greatly improved. We highly recommend it.

Probably not the campground's fault, but we were there in heavy rains. There is no place to walk outside without near ankle deep water and mud. Don't go there during a rainy period. Wi Fi and TV is poor. It is a quiet place, but filled with long term RVs.

A beautiful top rated park. Might be more appropriate for longer term stay than one night. Rather expensive for just a place to park and sleep. But staff is very friendly and helpful, and facilities and activities unending. Even have a dog washing station which we took advantage of. Would love to stay here again, but sure would welcome a discount rate for a "stay-over" and not using the activities programs and some amenities.

Beautiful setting. Dirt and grass (weeds) sites. Beware! We picked up a colony of ants that stayed in our rig for 5 days. Gnats made it impossible to be outside. Unusable picnic table. Toilets and showers need cleaning and upgrading - just cleaning bugs and spiders would help. Won't return.

Can't change the date above (should be 2015) $13.50 was the cash fee for this clean park. Campsites are nice and level. Electric, water, cable TV, wi fi, all updated. No pool, picknick tables or meeting room, But great for a one night stay. Well kept and quiet. Best park in town for the money.

This is a lovely park. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The buildings are clean and kept up. Lots of shade, and a quiet place. Lots are strangely laid out, but usable and with good service.

This is a very neat, well-kept RV park. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Good shade. Quiet place. Even long term units are kept neat. Very convenient to town and Mesa Verde National Park.

This is a beautiful park. Friendly, very clean, and constantly being improved. Views of mountains are wonderful. There are options for long term lot usage. Only negative: Hwy 50 can be noisy.

No one in attendance for this self registration park. Facilities were poorly kept and run down. Could find no toilet or shower facilities. Neither cable TV nor Wi-Fi worked, though the park advertised these features. Barely worth the half price fee through Passport America.

We would not stop here again. No TV or Wi-Fi as promised. Campground is merely a gravel lot with water and electric. One toilet, one shower, one sink all in the same room with no partitians. No one present to assist or answer questions. You must phone in to register.

This is a lovely, quiet park. The rate is very reasonable and there is lots of elbow room.

A very pretty and quiet RV park. We head for this one any time we are in the area.
