M RV Resort , Moore Haven, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2010 - $13.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here under RPI. It is undergoing a big change. It's clean, good central location in the state. The staff was outstanding. I have never been to a park with so many friendly and helpful staff. We just mentioned we couldn't get out TV to work and the next morning a volunteer came and got it working. Sites are roomy, not a lot of trees, but they're working on it. Has 4 ponds so you could have a water view. We liked it, lots of activities too. We camped at M RV Resort in a Motorhome.

We camped here under RPI. We came here looking for Robin's Nest and found it has been purchased and is now "M RV Resort". We worried because of previous reviews. It is nice, clean and I can't say enough about the great staff. I mentioned we were having trouble with our TV. The next day there was a knock on the door and one of the volunteers came and got it working. Extremely friendly staff. The new owners have really fixed it up. Another note, the postal service changed the address, which confused the GPS, so call ahead for the correct address. We camped at M RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Lake Buena Vista, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $10.00
Overall Rating:

This is a wonderful campground. Very nice set up. Lots for kids and adults to do right in the campground. There is transportation to/from the parks. Disappointed in their Wi-Fi, there wasn't any. You have to get a modem and put down $100 deposit, plus a usage access fee. For Disney, I would have expected free Wi-Fi or at least a wireless connection even if I had to pay. Nightly rate, 10 or 12 points, no money, we have a Disney timeshare. We camped at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in a Motorhome.

Admiral Baker Field RV Park (Military FamCamp) , San Diego, California

Date of Stay: November, 2009 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

This park has a great location, right in San Diego, everything within 5 miles. Park was quiet. Has lots of stuff for family activities. But because of the month, the water park was closed. Grass could have looked better, and covered picnic areas for barbque are older. We stay here whenever we want to be close to everything. The road down into the park is easy to miss and it's a quick right turn as soon as you get on Admiral Baker Rd. We camped at Admiral Baker Field RV Park (Military FamCamp) in a Motorhome.
