Dockweiler RV Park, Playa del Rey, California

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

We only stayed in this RV park because the one we had hoped to stay in was all booked up and we wouldn't want to stay here again. The staff are friendly enough but not overly helpful and there are no local amenities or shops. The restrooms have no soap and the showers are very basic, only cold water available. The RV sites are small and close together. The park is located in the flight path for LAX so the noise of airplanes is constant (bring earplugs for night time!). The RV park's only redeeming feature is the beach side location which is clean and not too busy. We would not choose to stay here again We camped at Dockweiler RV Park in a Motorhome.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

A lovely, clean and spacious park to stay in. Friendly staff at check-in who also booked a taxi for us to the strip (cost approximately $25). We had a 'deluxe' site and were very happy. Clean showers and rest rooms and security was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground, Bryce Canyon, Utah

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

A great RV park which has plenty to offer. Friendly staff at check-in and facilities (showers/toilets) all in good condition. There is plenty to do in the area in addition to the Canyon, such as horse riding, ATV rental and shops. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Ruby's Inn RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Wahweap RV and Campground, Page, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $58.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful views at this RV park. The cleanest and most spacious of all the ones visited so we had a lovely stay. On arrival we were told that the pool and jacuzzi at the nearby Lake Powell Resort was available to us although we didn't get a chance to use it. Some boat rentals available,a little pricey but worth it to make the most of the lake. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Wahweap RV and Campground in a Motorhome.

Trailer Village (Concessionnaire Operated), Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

A basic RV park although it does offer all the required hookups. Was quite disappointing although we only stayed one night and it was all we needed as it was so close to the canyon itself. Otherwise, there is nothing else to do here. We camped at Trailer Village (Concessionnaire Operated) in a Motorhome.
