Free to stay for up to 3 nights, it is provided to visitors to the area. Very convenient right off the highway south of Levelland. No reservations, first come first served.

Date of Stay:

Several of the sites are very short and unlevel, so be careful picking your site. Most sites have no water, a small select few grouped close at the entrance have water.

A city park with 12 pull thru sites. Some shade, but full hookups. OK for an overnight or couple of nights stay. There were 4 others there that appeared to be living there while they are working in the area. Quiet and clean. Be sure and check the electrical box. Some are 50 amp only and others are 30 amp only. Ball fields nearby, so plenty of room to walk your pets.

Date of Stay:

The bathrooms were brand new, very clean. Showers are $.75 for about 2 minutes, so bring lots of quarters. Great walking trails, and places to walk dogs. Very windy at times. Gets crowded on weekends, so make reservations.

Date of Stay:

Large sites that are spaced apart. Most have shade and views of the lake in sections. Lot of sites also have full hookups. Some of these are across from the bathroom, which is odd to me.

This is a free park with water and electricity. Has a dump station, and 2-3 pull thru's that are very long. About 8 other back in sites, with lots of shade, and covered picnic tables. Great place to walk dogs, lots of grass nearby.

Most of the campers are living there in tents and campers. The area to walk the dogs has lots of junk, old vehicles and lots and lots of rabbits. The park is quiet overall. Has sewer, 30/50, water, and wifi was very weak. We were close to the office.

$11 with Access Pass, Arkansas resident. We have stayed here for over 20 years and always love it. Golf course, horseback riding right in park. Golf was $58 for two, with cart: only 9 holes, weekday. Thought that was high, but the golf course was in great shape. Campground was clean. Leveling was required on a lot of sites, some more than others.

$11 with our Access Pass. The spots are spacious, we stayed in "E" section which is first come first serve. These were very spacious, shady and with a view of river without being on the river. Section "D", the first ones you come to are really a "W" form: 3 sites sharing one driveway. Loved the camp hosts, the park was very clean, quiet and had lots of great walking areas.

We have stayed here many, many times and loved it. Now it is a trailer park for permanent residents. There were only 2 spots vacant on a Wed. All others permanent in tents or campers. One camper had attached a tarp to his camper and one of the bathrooms, made it into his personal add-on. Trashy, lots of outside stuff. We went to another park and loved it, and it was cheaper.

The electrical and water sites are not as easy to get into as the non electrical sites. If you do not reserve these, you will not get one. We stayed in Loop B which was much better than Loop A (electrical), or Loop C. Very large pull through sites right on the water, but steep drop off to get to water. Noisy, located next to the highway. Had people pulling in all during the night, some tent people at 2:30AM, lights from their car, talking loud till 3:30, and with our windows open because of no electricity. Would not stay here again.

Date of Stay:

The pull through sites were long and some shade. The dump station is on the left side and difficult to get in with a long RV because of the curbs.

The campground is run down, and looks like an old KOA. The pool behind the office is not kept, and is dirty, etc. There are very few trees, the ones it has are taken by people living there. Even for $20 full hookups, the regulars living there are scary. Go to the state park if even for one night and move on. The town has lots of closed businesses and is very run down.

We stayed for a week here after reading lots of reviews on other RV Parks in Las Vegas. The security of the park was excellent, as the area around it is not that good. The staff were very friendly, and they even raked the grounds under the trees 7 days a week. The pool was huge, and the water cool considering it was 110 on most days. The dog walk gravel needs to be washed down more often as it smelled so bad our dogs wouldn't even get close to it. There are people that live here, but they are parked separate from the daily users.
