The sites were large and flat and each had it's own grill. The bathrooms were cleaned several times a day and were always very clean. My kids enjoyed playing on the large play areas and fishing at the pond. Next time we will try the river. We were very happy with the park and the park rangers were extremely helpful. We will be going back.

We enjoyed our week long trip here. The staff was very friendly and the park itself was very well maintained. Our four kids had enough things to do to keep them happy. There are a lot of seasonal campers here but they were all very friendly. The reason I gave it a 7 out of ten is because I deduct one star for each negative item. 1st - there are two bath houses and there are no benches in the shower stalls to put your stuff on. One bath house has four shower stalls and the other only has one. That is it for the entire campground. 2nd - There is only one water hookup per 4 RV's. 3rd - The sites are close together.

The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to all the local attractions. Bathrooms were clean, but the shower stalls are a bit small with no benches to put stuff down, and the showers were push button operated. They would stay on for roughly 30 seconds and go out, and you could not adjust the water temp. For this reason I dropped one star. The sites were clean and fairly level. We did have ducks at our site all the time. My little kids enjoyed watching them. They do have a clean laundry room, but it is only open from 9-7. We needed to do laundry one night, and found it closed. They do have a "hotspot" near the office, but we were not given the access code when we checked in. And we were always up and gone early and returned late, so the office was closed. Also the price of the sites for the amenities they offer is a bit high. For these reasons I dropped another star. Over all it is a nice campground and we would stay here again.

We stayed here with our Stockade group. There are only two large open field sites available. We stayed at site 1 which is closest to the bathrooms. There is a water spigot near the restrooms but there are no shower facilities. Each site has a fire ring, picnic tables, and a nice new BBQ and a large wooden cooking type area built next to it. It even has hooks for your lantern. The rangers were nice and came out to check on us a few times and the park is great. The disk golf course and hiking trails were a big hit. We would stay here again.

The heated pool was the biggest attraction for my kids. Even though the air temp was chilly, the pool really was warm, even for my young cardiac child. The park had a lot of things to do to keep the kids busy. They loved tie-dyeing t-shirts. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The movie area was really big and always played kid friendly movies. The store was well stocked and reasonably priced. They will even deliver pizza to your site. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned once a day and were always clean when we used them. The laundry facility was also clean and very large. We had no power problems and the water pressure was great. We also used the Wi-Fi and had no issues with it. The reasons for dropping two points are: The sites are very narrow for our 31ft class C with one slide out and an awning. We sat at our fire ring right next to the sewer hook-up of our neighbor and I kept the fire very small because we were so close to our trailer. There are also no grills at each site. Other than those two minor issues the place is great. We will be staying here again.

This is a nice clean campground. They have a ton of things to do for the kids. The pool is always clean and they have a lifeguard on duty. They also have several playgrounds to choose from. My kids always have something to keep them busy. My only complaint is that I had to pay extra for my three kids.

By far the worst place I have ever stayed. I have been camping all over the country for over 15 years and this is the worst. The owners are extremely rude and could care less about you. The campground is not secure. It is open on both ends so traffic drives right through the campground. The facility is extremely run down. The pipe for the sewer hook-up stuck up 8 inches off the ground so trying to drain your tanks is a tough task and there is no screw-in connector. The bathhouse only had one light working the entire time and they were not the cleanest restrooms. The pool was dirty and was starting to turn green and had a layer of bugs on it. They also kept it locked up and you have to call to get in. The playground is old and small and had many broken parts and was a safety hazard. The nature path goes for about 100 feet and dead ends in the woods. The horse shoe pit was over grown with weeds. The campground has mostly seasonal campers staying in old run down trailers and mobile homes. The rates do not match the facility or the amenities. I will never stay here again.

I went with my kids and they had fun playing in the woods all around the campsites. The sites are not very large but they are level. The restrooms were also always very clean. We hiked down to the river and played in it for some fun and did some Geocaching while we were there. There are only two small playgrounds on site so besides those and the woods there is not much else for small kids to do.
