Treeland Farm RV Park, Hayward, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $67.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful park, well laid out, lots of space and grass between sites, concrete patio with table, fire ring, fairly level gravel sites, gravel roads, tennis courts, swimming pool, storm shelter and many other amenities. This park is remote and quiet, no freeway or train noise. Fabulous if you want remote. Management was friendly and helpful. The downside for our stay was: snail Internet, no AT&T cell service except at office, no cable or TV service except with satellite. We felt park was overpriced considering the negatives. We camped at Treeland Farm RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Bowling Green KOA, Bowling Green, Kentucky

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

Made reservations 6 months in advance and was given worst sites in older section. Sloping site with grass/crushed rock pad with no patio. Promised park-wide wireless Internet and we were parked next to transmission tower; however, was unable to connect. Management advised but nothing done to correct problem. Had no cable TV until I twice reported problem. Cable provided junk stations with ABC, NBC and CBS omitted. Good water, electric and sewer. Appears owner more interested in profit than services. Would never stay here again. We camped at Bowling Green KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Diamond Lake RV Park, Diamond Lake, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Our RV was 3 feet from one neighbor and 6 feet from another. Gravel sites and roads. It was dry therefore we had road dust. Had concrete patios that were mostly cracked or concrete missing. No cell phone signal (AT&T), no TV signal, no cable TV, couldn't get a satellite signal due to trees and Wi-Fi was poor. Only thing going for this park is it's closeness to Crater Lake. Would not stay here again. We camped at Diamond Lake RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
