I camped on Passport America rate, plus tax. Site selection is important since campground is on a hill, and there are many uneven concrete sites that require an extra amount of leveling for motorhomes. Park is beautifully maintained and has a nice mountain view. Electric power was steady at 116 volts. Office staff was pleasant at check-in. I did not use clubhouse facilities. We camped in third row up from southern edge of park. The sewer drains and sewer plant are at the west end of this row, and it was quite smelly outside when we camped here. Also, we were careful backing in since our duals would barely fit on the concrete site pad. Choose your site wisely, and this could be a 10 campground. I would definitely stay here again if I got a more level site up on the hill away from sewer plant.

Passport America rate plus tax. Good paved road to park about 4 miles from Deming. Park was clean and well maintained. Long gravel sites were long enough to park tow car in back or side of motorhome. Quiet surrounding. 50 amp electricity was stable with full hookups at site. Office staff were pleasant and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. Nice park to pass through or stay for awhile. Be sure and see the museum in Deming. I will stay here each time I come through Deming.
