We love this park. My husband and I are both in our 30's but we are not rowdy and follow rules so we have had no problems at all. This park is very clean and well kept. The sites come in all sizes and are, in general well shaded which makes for a nicer stay during the Florida summers. While the majority of the people are older than we are, they have all been very nice and welcoming. It is not like some of the typical "trailer park" RV parks. It has a RV resort feel but there are a lot of annual residents. They do watch to make sure you follow the rules and it is true kids are not allowed. We don't have any kids so it is not a problem for us and actually very nice because we do not have to deal with other people's screaming kids. If you are looking for a family park, this probably isn't the place for you. However, it is by far the nicest park in the area and has tons to offer. Fishing pier, scenic pier, dog park, pool, pool table, bingo, sundaes on Sunday, rootbeer floats on Saturday and tons of other fun activities. We camped at Bay Bayou RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
