We had an awesome camping experience at this campground. I would call it "camping" rather than "RVing" because it was more rugged, no cement patios, etc. The office people were extremely helpful and friendly, used dolly to pull our tent trailer in so we could face our daughter's camper. Ocean was 2 minute walk - you could hear pounding of waves at night. Campground was very child friendly and pet friendly. Campers were friendly, happy and helpful. Loved the fire pits - and office delivered firewood often and promptly! It was a wonderful experience and hope to return soon!

I love this RV park. Wish it had a little more shade - but the trees will grow - it is still a relatively new park. Everything is clean and new - office staff is very friendly and helpful.

State website would not allow us to make reservation online Thursday for Friday (need 24 hours in advance only) so took a chance and drove up here. They would only allow us to pay for one night and said we could "probably" stay two nights. Online reservations would have been closed down for Saturday by Friday: so gatekeeper would have known then if 2 nights available. Hello? The park was virtually empty: which even made this even more ridiculous. Last time we will stay. That silliness plus no internet, no cable, no amenities to speak of for the new price of $40 - no thanks!! I'd rather stay in a KOA or on the river in town for that $$$

Clean park and nice management. My two observations here were that campers before us must have left the cable attached to their rig and drove away: ripped it totally off, leaving us with no cable TV the first night. Second comment was that spaces were very, very tight. We had a tent camper and we were cramped: very awkward parking our Chevy Tahoe on either end of the camper. Office was closed at 5 PM, just a few minutes after we arrived, so no way to talk to management about cable or parking. It was not an emergency but definitely a weird feeling with two questions within first hour of arrival and no one to talk to! Had a wonderful time though. It's a beautiful park. We would definitely return.

Second time we have stayed in this park: had a wonderful time. Great management are very friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and per our request put us in a space with a river view: we were so pleased! My only comment would be that some pet owners used a grassy hill area and walked to the end of the grounds and let their pets do their business clearly visible to us in our tent camper and did not pick up after them rather than using the fenced-in designated area; but nothing management can really do about campers who do not follow the rules!
