Wendover Nugget RV Park, Wendover, Nevada

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Well my husband is a senior citizen, plus a vet of two wars but it wasn't FREE for us! Good one night spot. Clean, level, electic, water, dump, plus cable TV at each site. Area was clean. We would stay here again. Away from the highway so it should be quiet. We'll see. We camped at Wendover Nugget RV Park in a Motorhome.

Red Desert Rose Campground (formerly RV World Campground), Rawlins, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here one night on the way home. The lady at checkin was extremely friendly and helpful. Her husband guided my husband into our site and made sure everything was ok. It was. Site #43 was gravel and level plus cable TV. The bathrooms were clean and the water was hot: which are the most important points for me! USA Today was a plus. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Red Desert Rose Campground (formerly RV World Campground) in a Motorhome.

Pine Grove RV Park and Campground, Greenwood, Nebraska

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $33.00

Nice one night stop. It is 105 degrees so we mostly stayed in the motorhome. Restrooms are very clean, but shower plumbing is very dated. We were in site #96 which gave us some shade. I would stay here again. We camped at Pine Grove RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed here in order to go to Antique Archeology in Le Claire IA ... across the Mississippi River. Great campground...very friendly lady in the office. Beautiful full view of the river. Had great antenna TV reception. Good cell phone cell service. Boat launch and fishing pier. I would definitely stay here again! We camped at Camp Hauberg in a Motorhome.

Korte's Checkers Welcome Campground, Welcome, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

Stopped here on our way to the Winnebago GNR in Forrest City, Iowa to do laundry, fill up water, dump tanks, shower, etc. Used our Passport America discount. First off, the owner is terrific. You pay her directly for the laundry: $1.50 each for washer & dryer. She told me of a great product for traveling: Purex 3 in 1. The only negative was the ladies room could use a little updating: fresh paint would be nice. Also turn up the water heater: it was very cool but once you're in the shower it's too late! I would definitely stay here again. We camped at Korte's Checkers Welcome Campground in a Motorhome.

Immaculate ladies bathroom: 25 cents for four minutes. Used our Passport America discount for $15.00 full hookup pull through Site G37. Would definitely stay here again. Hi-Way Haven RV Park, Sutherlin, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Great park! They never disappoint us. Always very clean, friendly, clean laundromat, newspaper, etc., plus a movie on the big screen. Doesn't get much better than that! We usually travel using our Passport America but on our last stop, Sunday, it wasn't valid which was OK. We camped at Hi-Way Haven RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I agree with the previous reviewers. First and last time we stay here. I did not feel safe walking our dog after dark! Almost forgot: no hot water in the shower! We camped at Glenyan RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
