Older park but good maintenance. Owner is very friendly. A lot of long term renters but keep their places neat. WiFi was good and reliable. Sites were long and level.

Like others have said no frills. But if you are visiting Little Rock this is the place to stay. We were on site 7 which is a pull in for a motor home. The sites on either side were back ins for trailers so the hook ups were on the correct side. Great view of downtown Little Rock. Bridges are lighted at night. There is a foot bridge to the Clinton Library. The WiFi was very slow at peak times. We would stay here again. Easy to get in and out. Office is friendly.

The park has easy access and we had no trouble checking in and pulling into our pull through site. We spent 2 nights here. One night under Passport America and one night with Escapee discount. Office man was friendly, park was clean and quiet. WiFi worked for email and web browsing. We would stay here again.

Wi-Fi was difficult to use and would come and go. Pull-through sites were long enough and level. Lots of long term workers that leave early in the morning. I felt the price a little high but it seems to be the going rate in town. Very handy for visiting the Duck Commander sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again.

Park-like setting on a lake. It was a little hard to find a level site but we found a pull-through where we could get level. Good hookups, W/E. We did not use the dump station. We had a nice view of the lake. It was during the week so the park was pretty empty.

Our site was concrete, a little tight to get into because of ditches. Site was long enough for 40 ft motorhome and car. Roads are gravel. Many families here on the weekend but very restful during the week. We were here for a rally and stayed a few extra days. Lots to see and do in the area if you dig a little. Trash is picked up at the site at 9am each day.

We were here for a rally. This is a large rally grounds over 500 sites. We parked on the grass and gravel. We had 30 amp service and there were shared sewers. There was 50 amp available if you parked on the blacktop. The facilities were very nice. No showers.

Campground is very clean and sterile looking. Concrete roads and pads. No trees. This is a rather large park. There are many long term workers staying here with families. The rec room and clubhouse are nice. However the cost is way too high for us to consider going back.

This is a 55+ park with all of the sites owned by owners. So you rent from the owner. Electric is in addition. Cable TV and wired internet are offered at a reasonable rate. The grass and landscaping are taken care of. Trash is picked up twice a week, each site has a large tote. Each site has a coach house, many have kitchens and full bathrooms in them. We stayed for 4 months and really enjoyed it, you become part of the community.

So regular sites available but the lady in the office parked us next to the fence, at least she did not turn us away. We were about 100 yards from I-10 so constant road noise. We ran the AC fan all night and slept well. We spent one night so did not use any of the facilities. We would stay here again at the Passport rate.

Park is on the water in a boat industrial area, but it is just a short drive to the French Quarter. Sites are tight but adequate. WiFi worked some of the time for email and browsing. Gate is closed at night. We would stay here again if visiting New Orleans.

Very nice park. We stayed here at the Escapee rate. Free shuttle to the Casino for meals and entertainment. Shower and bathrooms clean. Trash Cans at each site. Great WiFi. Hiking trails. Pool and hot tub closed for the season. The only suggestion I would make is to have someone lead you to your site.

Very nice and clean CG. Sites are a bit small and I got a crowded feeling on the weekend. But once it cleared out Sunday night, it was a better feeling for having a little bit of space. Pricey since the pool was closed and there were not programs to take part in. WiFi worked well. We would stay here again as long as we could get a pull through site.

We stayed here 3 nights under Passport America. We have a back-in site up where the work campers stay. It is a nice site but a ways from the higher priced sites. We are near the highway and entrance so hear a lot of traffic. It is the end of the season and if they wanted to sell us on the CG there are plenty of sites that are close to the water that would have impressed us. The park is neat and clean and the work campers are friendly. One plus is we are close to the free Wi-Fi hotspot at the activities building so we can use it in the coach. They charge down in the other sites to get it in your coach. All in all we had a nice visit and enjoyed our stay. The site is long enough and level.

We stayed here 6 nights. Rate reflects 3 nights Passport America and 3 regular. The owners are very friendly and provided a lot of good information on the area. Close to Freeport and seafood, we also visited the Shaker Village. There was usually a community fire up by the office in the evening. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The last mile to the campground is a dirt road.
