RV Parks/Resorts don't get any better than this one! Absolutely beautiful park overlooking Douglas Lake! Close to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, so there's all kinds of things to do and great places to dine in the area. Extremely friendly Park staff and they're continually adding amenities.

Beautiful campground with scenery that should be on postcards! Everything is clean and well kept! Owners and employees are super nice! This CG is as good as they get.

This is the nicest campground we've ever stayed in! Beautiful views, large sites, all paved and concrete pads, beautiful fire pits and fireplaces on some sites. It's close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Smoky Mtns. Some very good restaurants in the area. It's clean, spacious, and managed extremely well. Beautiful pool! I can't say enough good things about this place!

This park could use just a little more TLC. It is only a short walk to the beach though and lots of restaurants, clubs, souvenir shops, etc. The pool was nice but not great. The showers were fairly clean but quite small. The sites were level with concrete patios. The park road is paved. Over all, we enjoyed this park. The biggest plus for us was the proximity to restaurants and clubs. The only serious problem were the mosquitoes after the sun went down. If you go here, take plenty of OFF! At least, if you go in September!

This campground is one of the nicest in the area. It is fairly new and is well maintained. The Mainstay Suites across the road is owned by the same people so you can also use the facilities over there if you want. The pool is very nice, the sites are level and concrete with great fire-rings. The bathrooms were spotless! The roads are paved. The trolley comes by if you want to ride instead of drive to Pigeon Forge attractions and Gatlinburg. Truly one of the nicest campgrounds we've ever stayed in!
