Overall a very nice campground. The sites are big and most provide lots of privacy. The majority of the campground is very wooded except for a large center play area with playground equipment, a shelter and game room. We played a quick game of football within this area. There are quite a few seasonal sites, but they are well kept and everyone is friendly. The full hookup sites have a holding tank for sewer. Mine overflowed a little when I dumped before leaving. So, I had to use the dump station to finish. I'm not sure the sewer hookup is worth the extra $3 per night. Also, the interior roads are mostly sand, so don't plan on doing any biking.

This is a City park along the Mississippi River, right behind a large casino. It is what you might expect from a City park, grass sites with few amenities or facilities. We used the park primarily as a base to explore the City and surrounding communities. We did not spend much time at the campground. It did offer great views of the river!

I don't particularly like KOA's. This one is not the worse I've been to. Unfortunately, we were sited right next to the shelter being used for the sock hop which turned into a heavy metal fest. I will not be going to this one again.

Outstanding campground! We stayed here on the last two nites of an 11 day trip to Toronto from Wisconsin. This park was exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and very well maintained. Nice BIG fire pits, nice big sites. Roads are paved and sites have gravel parking pads. Pads are level. Quiet at nite and lots to do during the day. Just a very nice and relaxing camping experience. We will be back!
