Great small new park; two spotless private bathrooms; also new, clean laundry facility. Has fishing pond on property. Owner is still developing park; some pull-throughs are concrete, others are gravel. Roads are gravel. Makes a good over nite stop, or a longer one if you plan to stay in the area.

We heartily recommend Lagoons. We stayed here 2 months. There are spotless restrooms and clubhouse, very friendly folks. There were many winter Texans, and many activities available each day. There is a wonderful indoor pool. We especially enjoyed the water volleyball. Wi fi and cable both cost extra, and the sites are relatively small, with many trees. However, the staff will assist you in parking your rv in tight situations. It is near Walmart, Walgreens, and the seaside/fishing is about a mile away.

This is a great little park IF you want a rural setting, friendly folks, clean restrooms and washers/dryers, and you don't mind not having a pool, cable, Wi-Fi, and phone. The owners live on site and are quick to make needed repairs, etc.; it is safe, quiet, yet close to the highway, easy drive to Ft. Hood.
