Port St Lucie RV Resort, Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

If using GPS, watch for small sign at entrance. Entrance looks like it is for a storage facility but it is also the RV Resort entrance. Friendly staff, nice pool, clean bathrooms and laundry. Close to shopping, quiet. Sites WERE a bit close together and short so trucks/tow vehicles have to be parked in front of units making the one way (loop) road tight. Cable and WiFi were adequate. Just a side note - THIS IS NOT A CLASS A ONLY PARK as one reviewer states. We camped in a travel trailer. Would return again when visiting family in the area. We camped at Port St Lucie RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Shenango Valley RV Park, Transfer, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a beautiful park! Clean, beautifully landscaped, wooded entrance. Was an old boy scout camp. Very nice, friendly owners. Lots of seasonals but a few overnighters. Understandable about the seasonals. Nothing really to draw people to this area. But would be a nice place to go on weekends or live full time. We were in the area for a family birthday. Also was very convenient to our destination. Would stay here again and would recommend it! We camped at Shenango Valley RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Rifrafters Campground, Fayetteville, West Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This park was not too far off of Rt 19. But entrance was up a hill and departure was a little scary. Owner was friendly and helped us set up without our request. He pretty much gave us our choice of sites, and let us pull into a back in site. Bathrooms/toilets were old but clean. Did not use the showers as it seemed to take a while for water at the sink to get hot, but it finally did. We went whitewater rafting with Cantrell Ultimate Rafting. Great fun! Would possibly stay here again, but there are several other places to try in area. We camped at Rifrafters Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Washington / Pittsburgh SW KOA, Washington, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Not a bad park. Since there are not a lot of choices and we were in town for 2 nights, we tried it. The park was clean: bathrooms were not old but also, were not new. Again, they were at least clean. Owners were friendly. Would stay here again if in the area. It was convenient to everywhere we were going. We camped at Washington / Pittsburgh SW KOA in a Travel Trailer.
