Great place to stay. We didn't want to unhook the truck from fifth wheel so it took a few tries to pick a site that was level. First one we tried was going uphill. There was some noise from highway, but was not steady. Only three campers the night we stayed. Price by donation, but well worth $10. to $15. Dump station at the north entrance with drains on both sides. We would stay again.

Date of Stay:

Good for overnight stay in area. We paid an extra $2 for 50amp service. No attendant. We just put our money in an envelope. Lots of long term residents. Could not get onto parks wifi, but our Verizon worked great. Traffic noise was not a problem, but there were trains about three times during the night. Sites were level so we did not have to unhook.

Good for an overnight stay. Price is $21.oo with tax, cash only. Pull through sites with a table and a few trees. Lots of full timers, but still lots of space for overnighters. Site was level so we did not have to unhook. Could hear road noise during night, but have stayed in worse. We would stay here again.

Stayed for a few nights to visit friends. We had reserved, otherwise the park was full. The sewer and electricity were at the back of the site and water was halfway. We were in a back in site. The sites are offset so you are looking out at the other persons vehicle and not his camper. Laundry is a deal with $1. wash and .75 dry. It is a quiet park with some noise from a small airport.

Rate does not include taxes. Total cost was $41.80. The entrance to the resort has a guard on duty all the time. There is a long drive to get to the campground. We were assigned sites, but looked at the sites to use the one with 30 amp service. Most sites had 40 amp (two 20 amp plugs). Our verison jetpack did not work, but the resort wifi was great. Water pressure was often slow, but the pressure in the showers was good. Laundry is available for $2. a wash or dry. One dryer I tried did not work, but a worker came and fixed it within half an hour. Our surge protector went off two nights out of five, but not for long. The view and on site restaurant and bar were great. The hot tub for the RV park was very hot, but the pool was cold at this time. We were able to use the pool and hot tubs that were for the hotel guests. The pool was still cold, but the hot tubs seemed a bit cooler. Compared to the other RV parks available here, this one is the one we would come back to.

Large gravel pads good for an overnight stay. Used the indoor pool and hot tub. Water was warm in pool and hot in tub. The only problem was that the showers were not attached. It was a cold sprint from the showers to the pool room. WiFi did not work at our site, but we were in the back row. Not many trees but most RV parks in Deming have the same landscape. We could here the trains overnight but they did not blow their horns. Some road noise.

This park is a good park to stay for a few days while visiting San Antonio. The sites are long and level. It is a smaller park with some long term residents. The WiFi was included and worked fairly well. We would stay here again.

Rate was $99 for a week, plus $4 per day for resort fee for first time park visitors. Regular rate was $39 plus $4 per day resort fee. The park was very neat and clean. Our site had a grass parking spot that was large enough for our 30 ft. fifth wheel and had a wide paved pad for our truck. The only draw back was that all connections were at the back of the site and we had to connect two water hoses and had to borrow a sewer hose to reach. The snowbirds that reside here are very friendly and there are lots of activities. The pool heater was not working during our stay, but we were able to go to the sister park next door and use the pool there. There are fruit trees all around the park from which we could pick from. There was no problem with road noise and we only heard a train once in a while.

Stayed here for over a week. The weekly rate is $170.00. Park is next to a golf course. Very quiet and clean. There are lots of permanent tenants. Cost for laundry is $1.50 a wash and $1.00 for dry. There are ducks and other birds around. Sites are paved with grass in between and most sites have tables. We were in a drive thru site. There is enough room for slide outs, but the sites are close together. We would stay again.

Great campground close enough to Dallas to visit attractions. The worse part about our stay was the construction on I35E at the turn off for the camp. We also had the wrong address. If we had the correct address, our GPs would have found it. The address is 1201 Point Vista Road in Hickory Creek, Tx. There was no noise from highway, but we were on the airport flight path. The planes slowed down at night. We were in a site with a view of the lake and we saw deer during our stay.

Date of Stay:

Price is for the west campground. The east campground is $15. Gravel, level sites. All connections are at the back of your sites unless you park in the middle of two sites which some campers did. We stayed in a site that we pulled thru, but if the park is busy it would have been a back in. Noise from highway was not a problem. The only problem we found was that dog owners did not pick up after there dogs. We came in on exit to Country Club Rd.

Nice new park with paved drive and parking pads. All back in sites, with lots of room for large units with slide outs. Backing in was a bit tight, but as there was no one in front of our site, we managed. Only draw back with our site is that we had the street light right above our camper. Lots of grass and trees have been planted. The casino is within walking distance with a café and restaurant. There is a shuttle if needed. No road noise.

Date of Stay:

Lots of construction workers. Owner is still working on this park and has only started it Jan 2015. Parked in upper part of campground. Spot was gravel, no grass, trees or table. There was room for our 30 ft 5th wheel with 3 slides. No trouble with road noise and only heard a few workers in the morning. Had gone to Watersports Rv to look for a spot, but they only had a smaller back in site. Did not like the drive to the Watersport RV park. WIFI did not work. We had our own hotspot. Did not try the cable as we got enough stations with our antenna.

Date of Stay:

Rate includes $5 park pass. Winter rate of $15 in effect. Showers were not open, but water was available at the dump station south of the office. Self registration. Nice level paved parking spots with lots of trees. We stayed for two nights while waiting out a winter storm with lots of wind and rain. Quiet at this time of the year. We saw one other camper besides the camp host.

There was lots of activity going on in the area because of all the oil wells, but we got a site even though we had not made reservations. The water is available close to your site, but you might share it with someone else. We filled our tank instead. The Wi-Fi worked great. The back-in site we were in was large and we had no problem backing in with our 40 ft rig and truck. Nice and quiet.
