Summerlan RV Park, Raton, New Mexico

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is operated by super friendly people who really take care of their customers. They also have people who can repair RV's. The owner came and fixed my electrical system very late on a cold night when I arrived and couldn't operate electricity. His pricing was very reasonable for such high quality work. The views of the mountains around are beautiful. In the 3 months I stayed here, I saw antelope in the nearby field regularly. Easy access to town and the Interstate. Many beautiful places to see within a 45 minute drive! We camped at Summerlan RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

I love the heated swimming pool and the activities for the kids during the summer. Very very clean. A little crowded, probably because it is just plain nice! We camped at Williams / Exit 167 / Circle Pines KOA in a Travel Trailer.
