Gravel entrance road, grass back in sites. Management was very friendly and helpful. Did not use shower facilities, so cannot comment on them.

We did not stay here. Arrived and could not find the office or anyone to check us in. The road in the park was very narrow dirt and it looked like there was only two spots for over night campers, the rest were filled with mostly run down permanent dwellers, parked very close to each other.

Date of Stay:

Have to call owner in advance to have utilities unlocked. Never saw owner, only talked on phone, paid by putting check in mailbox. Site #3 can be a little tricky getting out because of tree.

Good park to stay in while in the area. The roads in the park are gravel. All sites are 80 ft. pull through gravel with a picnic table and a grill. No reservations, you pick out your site get paperwork from box at entrance and deposit paperwork with fee in a lock box. No restrooms, or showers and only 50 amp electricity.

To us Hot Springs National Park is a very good park. Some of the sites are sloping to the front of camper quite a bit. Self check in, after selecting site enter all your information in machine which will take cash or credit card. No showers. Rate is with Golden Age Passport.

Had to stay here as other campgrounds full. Level dirt sites so close that it is hard to walk between campers with slides out.

Park is only open during the Strawberry Festival. Must have advance reservations, no drive up accommodations. A good place to stay while attending the Strawberry Festival. Sites are 20 ft. by 50 ft. No bathhouse.
