We stayed at Anderson's as a member of the Cascade Sams RV Chapter the last weekend of August. The Good: The campground is one of the best RV parks in the area and the owners provide excellent help backing into the 90 degree sites. The Bad: The Wifi is good when it works. I tethered my cell phone to my laptop most of the time. Apparently, the RV park double booked two RV chapters (ours and Allegro Chapter 54) for the club house for the weekend. Allegros got the best RV sites and club house for Saturday/Sunday. Our chapter got the spots over the septic field and the clubhouse for Friday only. Site #2 smells like #2. Woman's restroom had #2 on the toilet seat. Floor was pretty dirty. Our chapter will not be going to Anderson's again in future. When we made our reservations in June, the owners charged our credit card for all three nights.

This is a great RV Park. Nestled in forested hills and right on the bay. One mile walking trail around the park. We used the laundry facilities. All four washers and all four dryers worked. The facility was clean and well maintained. Easy in and easy out. All roads and RV sites are paved.

Location is the best reason to stay at this RV park. Conveniently, located between Cannon Beach and Seaside. We were here for the 4th of July and I was able to see the fireworks in the distance. I like that the park has a large dry camping field to support impulsive trips to Seaside. River access is limited by tall grass and shrubs. There is no easy access to the beach or walking trails, however all of this is easily overcome by a short 1/4 mile drive to the Promenade in Seaside. WIFI is available only part of the day at 6MB speed.

Pads are all level. Park is far enough from the highway to be quiet. Cable TV works great. Service is excellent. Wi-Fi seems pretty slow. The park has TengoInternet for Wi-Fi. When you login, TengoInternet tells you that your initial connection speed is based on usage is 4800 Kbps. To be fair, I'm used to Comcast BLAST speed at home.

Good location with great views. Wi-Fi is really fast. Best I've seen at any RV park. They limit total data download by MAC address. Watched a Netflix movie and was shutdown before the movie was over. All other devices (phones and netbook) worked. Had to install USB Wi-Fi card to restore Internet service to the computer. Can't really complain. Most RV parks have terrible bandwidth.

Friendly easy check-in. It is a nice RV Park. The only down side is the site is a back-in that slopes slightly downhill. To level the trailer, we had to set the tongue really low leaving steps into the trailer pretty high. The Internet connection is high speed. I was able to download Netflix and watch my shows on the laptop. We were camping with a group. The Club house is very nice.

Friendly, easy check-in. It's right in the middle of a Redwood Park just as advertised. We had site B9 so our front door faced an open area in the middle: the morning sun, the road and gorgeous tree-covered hills. A wonderful setting with a peaceful view. Internet connection is not high speed. It's good enough to do e-mail and web surfing, but not good enough for Netflix downloads to watch movies.

Friendly easy check-in. Park is close to the beach and the wonderful little town of Florence. Internet connection is high speed. I was able to download Netflix and watch my shows on the laptop.
