This KOA used to be connected to a resort & is NO LONGER affiliated with them. The previous owner still operates the resort but not the KOA campground. Entrance to this park is confusing due to "Closed for the Season" signs for the resort making it look like the KOA is closed when it IS NOT!. This facility is clean, friendly & very kid/family friendly & oriented. The owners have taken great pride in their KOA. Pricing was right & I will definitely be back here.

Yes, there is a steep hill to go up to get here, but don't let that scare you away. It was a very pleasant campground. Our site was a nice and wide pull through that required no leveling. There was some shade at almost every site. All sites had a fire ring. Check-in was quick and easy, and we found the staff to be very friendly. The view and peace and quiet are worth it. Cleanest bathrooms you'll find.
