Very nice campground, with very helpful and friendly host. The row with spaces 25-30, the spaces are somewhat close, but okay. Other rows a bit more space. Laundry was great. 75 cents to wash and 50 cents per 30 min to dry. A little crowded, but tolerable. Wifi tended to be spotty. Worked good at times, slow at others, or just get kicked off.

Agree with previous reviews. This is one of the most beautiful parks we have stayed in. The owners were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The sites were level with grass in between. Wifi was excellent. When we made our reservation, owner asked if we had rooftop satellite (we do) and which company. That is the first time we've have been asked and that is very helpful. We were given a space to accommodate. We could only spend one night, but wish it could have been longer. Owner said that 92% of their business is returns. I believe it.

Agree with previous review regarding lady in the office. A real put off. Felt like apologizing for bothering her. Was told to pick a spot. Was NOT told that not all spots were 50 amps, which we require. When called the office regarding this, was told to just go to each space and look to see which are 50 amps. Luckily we have a toad. Discovered only a few spaces are 50 amps. It would appear there isn't anyone to enforce rules, i.e. pets on leashes and pool rules. Wifi only works if you are close to the clubhouse. Our space was close and the Wifi worked well. Spaces close to the clubhouse are not level. Not sure about other carriers, but our Verizon was very spotty. Do not go by GPS coordinates. Thank goodness for maps on our tablet. GPS would have had us in a field. On SmartPhones or tablets, O'Sullivan Sportsman Resort leads you right there. Should mention we picked this campground as it had the best rating for the area and we had reservations for a tour at Hanford Reach National Monument. We will NOT come back.

Sites were very close together. We were given a site next to a trailer and each with our slides out nearly touched. WiFi was excellent. Cable was good on higher channels, but snowy on lower channels. Had very nice clean pool, although didn't get a chance to use it.

Pros: Very nice park. Friendly staff. Sites are somewhat close, however a hedge between them, makes for mostly private. Cons: Our site #50 and ones near us were quite unlevel. We chose not to be completely level as our front wheels would have been completely off of the ground as the rigs near us were. Wi-Fi, although says it is free, is through TengoInternet and only 1 hour per 24 hr period is free.

This is a beautiful park right on the Columbia River. We were lucky enough to have a space in the front row, but think any of the spaces would give you a view of the river. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come here again.

This park is probably 95% permanent residents. Spaces are adequate. Power worked fine. WIFI was very slow, even with 4 bars. Was told on brochure a water regulator was required because of high water pressure. With the regulator, pressure was very low. Stayed at this park because it had the highest rating for the Vancouver area. As stated, mostly permanent residents with a lot of clutter. Alright for an overnight stay.

We have stayed here previously. Very nice park with very friendly staff. Power, cable and WIFI all worked great. The water pressure seemed to be rather low. Would like to have some grass for our 4-legged friend, but otherwise a great place. Would have given it a 10. Sites are very level with a lot of space in between. Easy in and out.

This is a small park with mostly permanent residents. It was our second choice after consulting RVPARKREVIEWS.com because first choice was full, however passing by the other park were happy we stayed here. Even with permanent residents, park is mostly clean. Very friendly staff. Sites were very level. Hookups convenient. Space 37 had two large trees that blocked our rooftop satellite, but the cable was more than satisfactory. We would have liked to be able to use our DVR, but our stay was only 3 days, so made do. Spaces 36 & 35 would have worked better, but office said they were taken, although they emptied each morning. Wifi worked well. The water pressure was a little low. We had no problem with 50 amp power.

One of the nicest parks we have stayed in on all of our travels. Sites were very level and spacious. Cable and WIFI worked great. Dog park was somewhat small for large dogs, but was just fine for our little guy. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before. Very nice park. Convenient to I-5 and to shopping. This is a very nice park. Space was very level. Cable, electric, and WIFI all worked great. There are quite a few permanent residents, but all spaces are well maintained and not cluttered. Only problem I could say is the laundry facilities. 3 washers and only 2 dryers. Found a coin laundry in town, which worked much better. Will stay here again.

Very basic. No grass, but the spaces are level. Water and electric worked well, however the WIFI was sporadic, so wound up using our Verizon Hotspot. Owner said it had problems.Cable worked well. There was some noise from the truck stops adjacent to the park, but not intolerable. Thought the price was a little high for the facility, but when you're the only game in town, you can charge just about what you want.

Very nice park. Friendly staff. Reservations were made over the phone a couple of weeks before arrival. No problem with that. Utilities worked well. Our space was somewhat unlevel, to the point our right front tire was about 3 inches off of the deck. The roads were easy to navigate. Security drove through frequently.

If you're looking for resort type park, this is not the park for you, but we would definitely refer our friends. We wanted some place between the two Presidential Libraries and this was the only one. We didn't expect a whole lot at $20 per RV Park Reviews, (they had to raise their rates), $22 a day was the weekly rate. There were quite a few permanent residents, but the park was very quiet and not messy. The laundry is in the office and only has two washers and dryers, but they are not coin operated. It's on the honor system. Large capacity washers and dryers. Unlike coin operated dryers, they go until your clothes are dry. $1 per load. The park had the best WIFI we've experienced in any of our travels, including some of the more expensive resorts. Fast and reliable. As mentioned before, the entrance road is a little rough, however, if you use the northern most entrance, it is much better. Only reason for not giving it a 10 was the fact it had a lot of stickers for walking our Lhasa Apso. This is Texas, so I guess it's a never ending fight.

Rate reflects, pay for 6 nights get 7th free. We had a nice week at this campground. It is fairly new. Ribbon cutting was 7/2013, so the owner is still working on it. Yes there is highway noise, but that doesn't negate the pluses. Owner was great and willing to help with anything. Our space was very level concrete pad with more than enough space between sites. There was a problem with stickers while walking our dog, but the owner is working on that. Saw her spraying several times during the week we were here. She did suggest an area where we could walk him. The WIFI did tend to get slow when the park got full, but otherwise the connection was good. There are two WIFI towers in the park. As this is the only "full service" park in Kearney, we would stay here again. As I said, the owner is working on correcting any problems brought to her attention.
