We had reserved an RV spot but had to change to a cabin. When I called ahead to make the change they would not credit the deposit of the RV spot to the cabin even though they rented it out to another group. They quoted me the rate of $189/night for the cabin but didn't mention additional "fees", it ended up being $215. I asked for the AAA discount but they said it was "too late" since they already ran the charge to my credit card. Campground is OK, nice walk to the beach, but it would be nice if they had a playground for kids. Wi-Fi didn't work all weekend.

This campground is the most misleading place I have ever stayed in almost 10 years of RV'ing. It is more like a senior mobile home park than an RV park. Kids were not welcomed and residents acted as if we were intruders in their neighborhood. The park was clean but that's about the only thing positive. They have some wider spaces that were available but we were put in a narrow space (we have a slide) and there was barely room for a small table between our RV and the next. They told the driver of the 5th wheel next to us to pull as close to the back side of our RV as he could get so residents could park their vehicles next to him. I would not recommend this place to anyone under age 65 or with children under 18.

This is one of our favorite places to visit. They have an awesome indoor pool with clean showers. There is a pizza parlor on site, a fully stocked store with nice gift shop, a great playground for kids and it's right across from the beach. We love to ride bikes here too since is is mostly flat. The beach always offers something fun and we always climb the sand dune that is at the end of the beach. The view from the top is awesome.
