Excellent check in service. Campground has 16 overnight sites according to their website. Mostly long term residents. We had a long level pull thru 50 amp site for $12.50 with 50% Passport America discount. Easy access to I-5. Good for an overnight stay. If you have children there are no activities to keep them occupied. We would probably stay here again.

Thousand Trails membership park now owned by Encore system so public sites available. We are members thus the $0 nightly rate. We stayed here many times from 2008-2010 and were happy, but this time found it was less than adequate. First site we tried was narrow and not level and we could not get DirecTV. We moved to riverside and still could not get DirecTV. Other campers came over and said since the trees grew higher almost no one could get satellite TV, and there is no over-the-air TV. Road traffic and railroad noise much louder than in 2010. Campground store seems to be gone. Public laundry available. We will probably not stay here again as it is 4+ miles down a narrow 2-lane road. Campground is not near anything.

Pleasantly surprised. We got a nice back-in site with full hookups. Satellite TV worked great; AT&T card worked great. Pool open. Loved the quiet as it is off-season until school is out. It is about 30 minutes to Leavenworth. Trimming needs to be done on some of the roadways. Staff friendly. We would definitely stay here again. This is one of our membership parks in Thousand Trails and we don't pay - thus the $0 nightly rate.

Great park. We had a view of the golf course and also played 9 holes - cost is $10 and $5 a person to ride the cart. Quiet, long, level pull thru sites. We will definitely stay here again.

First night is still free. We agree with previous comments. Fine for an overnight. Long pull thru site and no need to unhitch towed vehicle. We set up and watched the high school baseball team practice which was fun. We would stay here again if we were traveling thru this area.

Very disappointing. We booked a 50 amp site and it should have been unavailable as it was so rough that we could not level. The 50 amp box was so close to the ground that my husband had to be on his knees in the dirt to hook up the plug. Gave it a 2 because it was quiet and the staff appear to be working to improve things. Sites are pull thru but short so have to unhitch towed vehicle. We would not stay here again.

If we had read the previous review with a rating of 2 we never would have stopped for the night here. Glad we camped here! The office staff was super friendly and we got the pull-through site. Long level site. Other residents very friendly. We saw no loose dogs. Maybe since it was January the seasonal people were not in residence; it is obviously a very busy place in the summer months as it is a membership campground with a lake with paddle boats, a large playground for children, miniature golf, and a pool. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

We would not recommend this as a one-night stay as it is miles off I-10 and the traffic on US 27 was very heavy. Office staff very pleasant. Beware that sites available for Passport America are Elect/Water crossover (single power pole for two sites) so you may have to run your electric and water under your unit. Rate of $17 plus $3 extra for 50 amp service using Passport America. Nice site, long and level with a view of the river. Quiet, except that with a crossover site we were right next to our neighbor and their hot water heater turned on and off all night, waking me up. We would probably not stay here again.

Good park for one or two nights. We agree with previous comments. Our towed car scraped on the way out of the driveway. Check in staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice, quiet place to relax for a few days, especially mid week. Friday night the families arrived and the place was crowded, but we did enjoy watching everyone have a great time. Horseshoes available if you wish to play. A walk to the beach but worth it. Improvements being made. While we were here many of the picnic tables were swapped out with new tables. The bridge mentioned in a previous review appears to have new wood boards. We have no little one to use the playground, but it looked to be in good shape. Clubhouse very small and there was no WiFi. We could not make our ATT cell or air card work at the site, but the cell phone did work at the beach. We will definitely return here again. We put $1 in as price as we are Thousand Trails members.

Our third stay here. Beautiful view of the golf course from our site. This campground is for self-contained units only. We received a coupon for a free glass of wine at the restaurant for each of us. We make this a stop on our way west each year to play golf and have a good meal in the restaurant. We are planning to stay here again.

This is our 2nd time at this park. Staff in office is very helpful. They have recycling for your plastics! Sites are level and long enough so that you don't have to unhitch. Some road noise. Great views!!

The best thing about this park is the pet park which is grass and fenced for my dog to exercise in. Otherwise, the pull thru sites are short and narrow. You must unhook your tow vehicle. Dusty, but that is NM. We would stay here again in a pinch but probably would stay in Farmington, NM instead.
