Holiday Trav-L-Park, Virginia Beach, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Just returned from this park and we had a great time. We stayed 7 nights and were never bored. The kids loved the pools and stayed busy with the activities offered each day. Nice place to ride bikes around the park and a safe ride to the beach boardwalk. Even though we were nervous about staying in a W&E site, they offer the honeywagon service at a decent price. We will definitely return next year. We camped at Holiday Trav-L-Park in a Travel Trailer.

South of the Border, Dillon, South Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Used this place as a midway stopover on our trip home from VA. Hadn't been to this area in over 30 years. Boy have things changed. I wish we had kept on driving. It was like a ghost town. The campground had about 5 overnighters here, including us. Our site was a good size. It was paved and level, but the grass needed cutting. The utilities were located on either side of the site for convenience. The bathhouse was old, but decent. Don't think we will be back. We camped at South of the Border in a Motorhome.

Pine Mountain RV Resort, Pine Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground. Camped here with family meeting here from various parts of Georgia and we will be back soon. We stayed here 4 nights during spring break week. The staff was friendly at check-in and they provide an escort to your site. We stayed in a concrete, pull-thru site next to the pool. The bathhouse was always clean each day. There are several close by things to do in the area for entertainment for kids and adults. Already working on plans to return in the summer. We camped at Pine Mountain RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Overall Rating:

Just returned from this park. My children and I loved it. There were lots of activities for the children to participate in all day to keep them busy. The staff were very friendly. Being a new camper, the site manager was very helpful in helping with the setup of my trailer. The sites were spacious and clean. Cable hookup and wireless worked great. Will definitely return in the spring. We camped at Yogi In The Smokies in a Travel Trailer.
